This work reflects my interest in the minutia of the landscape. The paintings present a macro vision of the natural world that gives focus to the small details.
My aim is to communicate a sense of intimacy with nature. Isolating and enlarging a subject intensifies the focus, allowing a thorough visual absorption of a small part of a much larger world.
